The IAS is looking for applications to be on the Membership of the Illawarra Academy of Sport – which provides opportunity to be on the Board. There are only limited opportunities for the broader public to place themselves in such a position, with appointments being for a 3-year term and only one community member from each LGA being appointed – with the exception of Wollongong that has three Community Representative appointees.
If you think that you have the skills and the expertise to assist in leading the IAS through the next three years, and you reside in Wollongong, Shellharbour or Shoalhaven council areas, then you could apply.
We are seeking
- 1 x Wollongong representative (3-year term)
- 1 x Shellharbour representative (3-year term)
- 1 x Shoalhaven representative (vacant & 2-year term)
