The Illawarra Academy of Sport featured on national television on Wednesday 20 January 2021! Sunrise and Sam Mac broadcast the seven morning weather segments live with the IAS from the University of Wollongong, with each live cross exploring a different area of the Academy.
In an action pack morning Sam Mac saw current IAS hockey and basketball athletes show off their skills, took on former Socceroos legend Luke Wilkshire, learnt hurdling tips from Australian hurdler Sarah Carli, and celebrated his 40th birthday!
