The Illawarra Academy of Sport are seeking qualified and experienced Coaches and Assistant Coaches for the following 2020- 2021 programs:
- Basketball
- Cycling
- Hockey
- Netball
- Rugby Union
Working in conjunction with existing Coaches, IAS Staff and the Physical Performance Coach, Coaches will be responsible for the development and delivery of the IAS programs. This will include managing the development and conducting of training sessions, evaluating athlete testing, management of athlete attendance to strength and conditioning and education session conducted by the IAS and a commitment to their own coach development.
This is a great opportunity to work with some of the regions/countries up-and-coming athletes and some of the state’s premier coaches in working with a professional close-knit team to create the best training and education opportunities for the Academies athletes. We provide support and professional development opportunities for the successful candidate through the Qube Port Coach Development Program.
