The 2024 Inter-Academy Hockey Camp took place from the 2nd to the 3rd of February in Bathurst.
IAS Hockey athletes, along with the Western Region Academy of Sport and the Southern Sports Academy, were given the opportunity to take part in sessions with coaches from various academies and train alongside different players.
On Saturday the athletes took part in skills and drills, working with and learning from unfamiliar athletes and coaches. On the following day, the teams then participated in match play.
The camp was a valuable experience for all involved, allowing athletes to broaden their skillsets and expand their knowledge; an amazing start to 2024!
